Help with Council Approvals
Building Consents and Exemptions can be confusing. Here at Vulcan we can work with you to figure out which is most appropriate for your project and even submit it for you.
Construction
Here at Vulcan, all projects are created equal. No project is too big or too small for us. We want to work with you on landscaping projects, small renovations all the way up to large architectural builds

Our People
Meet… Ruben
Director and Builder
It’s not very often when you are building a house that you get to deal directly with the companies director and lead foreman. This is the service that you will get with Vulcan. Ruben is registered as a Licensed Building Practitioner in Carpentry so you can be assured that your work will be undertaken in a compliant manner. Ruben is also an ideas man, and, if you want, he will be happy to give you his design input.
Meet… Carl
Office Manager
Every good builder needs someone to help out behind the scenes. For Vulcan this is Ruben’s older brother Carl. Carl handles the day to day running of the company and is also a Project Manager ensuring that the supplies are ordered ready for the crew onsite.
Meet… The Boys
Rounding out the team are the rest of the construction crew. We have Thomas, our foreman, Lennard our recently qualified builder and then Bailey and Hunter our two apprentices.
