As is where is, was a common phrase heard in Christchurch following the earthquakes. Ruben discovered this Villa with a new foundation, new roof and ecoply on the exterior. Next came a labour of love for the whole family to turn this from a shell of a building into a warm welcoming family home. Ruben has carefully considered each design element of this restoration to ensure that the Villa remained harmonious with the neighbouring properties.
Outside the Villa, Ruben has shown his creativity bringing the landscaping of this property to life. From the terraced garden, to the warm sunny deck and onto the swimming pool and spa surrounds.
