Currently under construction, our latest project is a large, multi-generational family home. Situated in Russley this house features a three bedroom main dwelling with an attached, but private, studio space.
The design of this house has been undertaken to fit within the footprint of the existing dwelling in order to retain as much of the natural planting as possible. By utilizing a cantilevered first floor the house was able to include features such as a home office, library and piano nook for the family.
The exterior of this dwelling is clad in a combination of Stria, LMA Cladding and Black Brick Veneer with a feature of LMA timber fins over the upper level windows. These fins allow for some additional privacy and help to control the amount of sunlight into the north facing rooms.
